We were appointed as the main contractor on this sensitive listed development facilitating its conversion into 3 luxury apartments.

Our works involved major complicated underpinning, tanking, basement creation and structural changes. This also included the provision of full M&E design and installation services as well as complete refurbishment and finishes to the apartments and communal areas including hard and soft landscaping to the external areas.

Close budget and programme management, coordination and careful project control was essential throughout this job and proven in the quality of build thereafter and short programme time.
