30 Green Lane, Cobham 

Construction of 4 luxury apartments on one of the most sought after roads in Cobham, Surrey. The project was comprised of two ground floor apartments lending a private garden and two split level apartments with balconies overlooking the Esher Commons.

                About the project 

This was a concept to completion project where Nucore provided full management and construction services. Works involved demolition of the existing property, ground and civil works, construction and finishing of the 4 luxurious new apartments with hard / soft

landscaping. All completed without any suspension due to Covid.

This project consisted of building an exclusive gated development with 4 apartments that combine traditional and modern living in one unique space. At the heart of the building we installed a Stannah lift to the communal area for access to the first floor apartments. Each apartment is built to the highest standards of modern day living with an array of stylish features including, underfloor heating, wood parquet flooring, impressive recessed feature ceilings with LED lighting, bespoke Italian kitchens and fully tiled Italian marble bath/ shower rooms with high-quality sanitary ware. Integrated futureproof AV system throughout all 4 flats. All flats have been built with a fully integrated LAN, internet, Ethernet, media connections, speaker wiring, alarm, intercom, and USB sockets throughout. The grounds around the building is an attractive landscaped garden setting and each apartment has two secure parking spaces with electric car chargers.
